| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the information given in the application, no development shall take place until details of the exact type and colour of the roof tiles to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
