| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the occupation of the flat hereby permitted a car parking area to accord with the adopted standards of the Local Planning Authority shall be provided and demarcated within the site, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking area in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The unit of accommodation hereby permitted shall not be transferred or sold separately from the remainder of the property known as Hill Farm. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the premises. |
