| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The material used in the construction of the external walls and roof covering shall match those used in the existing building and the walls shall be constructed in lime mortor. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure materials that are in keeping with the buildings status as a Listed Building. |
