| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to any work commencing on the shopfront hereby permitted details of the external treatment of the woodwork shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and all works shall be completed in accordance with such details as may be agreed. The reason for the condition is:- No such details have been submitted as part of the application and in the interests of the visual amenities of the Conservation Area. |
| 3. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no door or window shall open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted details of the roller shutter to be installed shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the roller shutter so installed shall be entirely installed in accordance with such details as may be agreed. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the appearance of the building in the Conservation Area. |
