| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The building as converted shall not be occupied at any time other than as a residential annexe to be used in association with the residential use of the dwelling known as 79 High Road. The reason for the condition is:- The relationship of the building to the existing dwelling is such that the former is not considered suitable for use as an entirely separate unit of living accommodation. |
| 3. | No part of the building as altered shall overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no door or window shall open outwards over highway land. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highways safety. |
