| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Within six months of the date of this permission the existing fire escape shall be removed and the fire door shall be sealed up, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties and in the interests of the visual ameities of the locality. |
