1.	The footpath/cycle link approved in conjuction with planning permission 06/98/0969/O shall be completed in accordance with the details to be submitted to and approved for the construction of the link by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the land referred to in the Section 106 Agreement completed in conjunction with application ref.06/98/0969/O being vested in the ownership of the Council or longer period as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of adequate footpath links to serve the development hereby permitted.
