| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 7th April, 2003.

| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 no gates or walls shall be erected at the side or front of the parking area shown on the amended drawing.

In the interests of hughway safety. |
| 5. | The ground floor window on the north elevation and the first floor window to the west elevation shall be glazed with obscure glass and shall thereafter be maintained with obscure glazing.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
