| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised layout plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 31st March, 2003 and the elevation drawings received on 5th February, 2003. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Prior to any work commencing on the garage, details shall be submitted of the surfacing of the proposed access and turning area for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the works shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details as approved.
