| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 2/A, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st March 2003.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Prior to the extended storage area being brought into use a car parking and servicing area to accord with the adopted standards of the Local Planning Authority shall be provided and demarcated within the site, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking and servicing area in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | Prior to the extended storage area being brought into use a 1.8 metre high close boarded fence shall, in accordance with the plan referred to in condition No. 1 above, be erected on the northern and western boundaries of the site, and shall thereafter be so maintained.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 4. | This permission, in so far as it relates to the portacabin, expires on 16th April 2008 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the portacabin shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which is of a type that might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality. |
