| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 Planning(Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans Drawing No.5705-P2A and letter dated 17th March 2003. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The development shall not commence until full details of the materials and finishings have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority. The rreason for the condition:- Is to ensure the use of materials that are compatibile with the Listed Building. |
| 4. | No part of the proposed structure may impinge on the highway boundary and no door or gate may open outward over the public highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of highway safety. |
