1.	This permission expires on 21st March 2004 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises until the effects of the proposal on the residential amenity of neighbouring property and the amenity of the locality have been experienced, i.e. to provide protection in accordance with Policy HOU19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
2.	Not more than six children shall be on the premises at any one time in connection with the childminding business. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring property in accordance with Policy HOU19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. continued on next page :-
