1.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Particulars of planning permission reserving details for approval:- Application No. 06/02/0594/O:- Three detached bungalows with garages and entrance drives at Old Coast Road, Ormesby St. Margaret. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Particulars of details submitted for approval:- Siting, design and external appearance of four-bedroomed bungalow and detached double garage, and the means of access thereto (as amended).
2.The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th March 2003. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the approval relates to the correct documents.
3.Notwithstanding the information given in the application and the notes on Drawing No. EPC/VV2/01a, no development shall take place until details of the exact type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
4.Notwithstanding condition No. 5 of the outline planning permission, Ref. No. 06/02/0594/O, and the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no gates shall be installed at the accesses to Old Coast Road. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
