| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The shaded area shown on the submitted plan shall, with the exception of the 4 No. car parking spaces adjacent to the northern site boundary, be kept clear of obstruction and available for parking and servicing in connection with the use hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate servicing and parking facilities are provided. |
