| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr and Mrs P Leah and only during the period which the premises are operated by Mr and Mrs P Leah. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises and due to the personal circumstances put forward by the applicant in this case. |
| 2. | The four flats shall be used for holiay purposes and shall be occupied only between 13th December and 1st November in the following year and by no one person for more than a single period of four weeks at any one time. The reason for the conition is:- For the avoiance of doubt an to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is within an area identified as secondary holiday accommodation in the Adopted Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded that in the event of the property being sold the requirements of planning permission 06/00/0884/F will than apply in respect of the occupancy of the holiday flats. |
