1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order) (with or without modification), no windows or other openings other than those expressly authorised by this permission shall be constructed in the roofspace of the dwelling without the consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for this condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
3. | An effective boundary screen to the neighbouring property (11 Busseys Loke) shall be provided along the common boundary by the maintenance of a hedge of at least 2 metres in height or by the erection of a close boarded fence of the same height and thereafter retained. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve the privacy of the property concerned. |
