| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

| 3. | Notwithstanding the note on Drawing No. AC 518/1/A, the finished floor level of the extension hereby permitted shall be 75mm below the floor level of the existing bungalow, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
