1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling, or their dependents, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes.
