| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted drawings the bin storage area shown on the plans shall be fully enclosed and not open to public view the details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the visual amenity of the area. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the submitted drawings full details of the wrought iron railings and means of coping and bricks to be used in the proposed brickwork shall be submitted to agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the the development commencing. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenity and appearance of the Listed Building. |
