| 1. | The access road hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 17th December 2003 in accordance with a scheme of work to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside the settlement boundary for Scratby as identified on the Proposals Map of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan where Policy HOU7 applies and within an area shown as both 'landscape important to the coastal scene' and 'landscape important to the setting of settlements'. The Council considers that the permanent retention of the access road would have a significant adverse impact on the landscape to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area contrary to Policies NNV3 and NNV5 of the Local Plan and consent has only been granted in this instance in order to meet a specific need. |
| 2. | INFORMATIVE NOTE :- |
| 3. | In respect of the above condition, the land was previously laid to grass, evidence of which is confirmed by the attached aerial photograph taken on 21st May 1999. continued on next page :- |
