| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the garage shall be submitted to and appoved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To secure a properly planned development that enhances the Broadland landscape in accordance with Policy B11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
