1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of the attached dwelling or their dependents and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site as permission has been granted on the basis that the new accommodation is ancillary to the original dwelling.
