| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance Drawing No.1712-70E,01/0954/0950E, 0953/C, 0954/B,0955/B, 0956/B and landscaping Drawing LS-3 Rev3 and shall be made available for use in its finished form prior to the developments approved under planning consents 06/98/0969/O and/or 06/03/0111/O are first brought into use unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To secure a properly planned development and to ensure a satisfactory standard of highway design. |
| 3. | No works shall be carried out on the road and footpaths, foul and surface waters sewers otherwise than in accordance with the specifications of the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the road is constructed to a standard suitable for adoption as a public highway. |
| 4. | No works shall commence on site until an off-site surface water drainage system has been constructed to the specification and satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority, from the site to the position indicated on the approved plans.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that surface water is drained from the site in a satisfactory manner. |
