| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans, prior to the conservatory being first brought into use, western elevation of the conservatory shall fitted with obscure glazing which shall be retained in that condition thereafter. The reason for the condition is:- To protect the residential of the neighbouring dwelling in accordance with Policy Hou 18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001. |
