1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The development insofar as it relates to the siting and provision of parking spaces for the new dwelling and 30 Trafalgar Road East shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th September 2002.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |
3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no extensions shall be built or windows inserted into the walls or roof of the building.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property. |
4. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of these materials have not been submitted. |
5. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no gates shall be erected to vehicular access points without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any gates in the interests of highway safety.

6. | Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted the exisiting vehicular access adjacent to the north eastern corner of the site shall be fully re-instated in accordance with Norfolk County Council footway specification from the near edge of the existing carriageway to the front boundary of the property.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the development is satisfactorily completed. |
7. | Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby approved the proposed vehicular access shall be constructed in accordance with Norfolk Count Council residential access specification from the near edge of the exisitng carriageway to the front Boundary of the property.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the provision of a satisfactory access to the development. |
8. | Notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted drawing no part of the structure may overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary.
