| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd December 2002. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved photo-montage the sign shall be position so that the bottom of the sign is level with the top of the boundary wall. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the development is completed in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this consent. |
