No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that order) no windows other than those shown on the approved plans shall be constructed or inserted in the western elevation (the right side elevation on the approved plans) of the extensin hereby approved without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenity of the adjacent dwelling in accodance with the aims of Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001.
