| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The tree planting scheme indicated on the submitted drawing shall be carried out and the trees shall be planted within prior to the completion of the overall scheme. All trees which die within 5 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their successors in title. The reasons for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is advised the public footway shall be fully reinstated to the satisfaction of the Highway Authority where excavated to allow provision of any boundary wall foundations. Furthermore no part of any of the proposed structures may overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no gate may open over the public footway. |
