| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The annexe hereby approved shall only be used by the occupiers of the dwelling to which it relates or their dependents and shall not be used as a separate residential unit or let separately for holiday purposes. | 3. | Before the accommodation hereby approved is first occupied the proposed vehicular access shall be constructed in accordance with the Norfolk County Council's residential access specification from the existing carriageway to the front boundary of the site.
