| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Vehicle repairs and valeting shall not take place anywhere on the site except within the building.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the use does not adversely effect the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |
| 3. | No machinery shall be operated, no process shall be carried out and no deliveries taken at or despatched from the site outside the following times:-
Monday to Friday - 07.30 - 18.00 hrs
Saturdays - 08.00 - 13.00 hrs
There shall be no working on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

In the interest of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties. |
| 4. | No vehicle body spraying shall take place in the premises without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the use of the premises does not adversely effect the residential amenities of the occupier of the adjoining properties. |
| 5. | The Rated noise level LAeq (5min) emitted from activities within the unit should not exceed the prevailing background noise level LA90(5min) by 3dB(A) as measured at the boundary of the nearest residential premises. All noise measurements shall be taken in accordance with BS4142 1997.
