| 1. | This permission expires on 31 July 2007 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use of the land shall be discontinued and the buildings removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is allocated for future residential development and in the interests of the residential amenities of the area. |
| 2. | The replacement building hereby approved shall only be used for minor repairs, maintenance and storage of cars to be sold from the application site and shall not be used as a repair garage or valeting facility opened to the general public.
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The car sales display areas and the customers parking area shall be marked out in accordance with the approved plan before the new building hereby approved is first brought into use and the site shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the approved plan.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that adequate customer parking space is provided within the site and to ensure that the site is used in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 4. | All cars awaiting preparation or being offered for sale sale shall be parked within the curtilage of the site and no vehicle shall be parked anywhere on the adjacent highway.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent congestion in the interests of highway safety and to prevent obstruction of vehicular access to adjacent property. |
| 5. | Adequate precautions shall be taken to prevent the the discharge of surface water from the site onto the public highway.
