| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | This permission insofar as it relates to the siting of the container shown on the plan approved under application No 06/97/0326/F is for a temporary period expiring on 31 July 2005 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the structure shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the structure which is of a temporary nature and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
