| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried out on only by Ms L Martin and shall be for a limited period being the period of one year from the date of this permission. | 2. | The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following times:- 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs Mondays to Fridays and 09.00hrs to 13.00hrs on Saturdays. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occuiers of the adjacent properties. |
| 3. | Not more than one customer shall be at the beauty salon at any time during opening hours. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use takes place in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission. |
| 4. | The existing parking area at the front of the site shall be maintained free of storage and obstruction and kept available for the parking of customers cars. The reason for the condition is- To ensure the provision of adequate parking to serve the proposed development. |
