| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The lodge hereby approved shall only be used for display/show purposes and shall not be occupied as holiday or permanent residential accommodation. The reason for the condition is :- The application site is outside the area approved for holiday accommodation units and the provision of permanent residential accommodation in this locality would be contrary to policy HOU 10 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | This permission expires on 31st July 2007 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the lodge shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
