| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans drawing No.150505 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 July 2003. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a properly planned development. |
| 3. | Unless otherwise stated on the approved plans the materials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the building shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure materials that are compatible with the existing dwelling in accordance with Policy B11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
| 4. | The extension including the annexe hereby approved shall not be occupied at any time other than has ancillary accommodation in association with Stanley Cottage. The reason for the condition is:- In accordance with the terms of the application and in accordance with Policy H11 of Broads Local Plan 1997. |
