1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | Retailing shall only take place from the produce selection and sales area shown on the approved plan and no goods shall be sold other than produce grown at the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the scale of retailing from the site does not result in a level of traffic generation which would cause detriment to the safety and free flow of traffic on the adjacent A143 Beccles Road in contravention of Criterion (D) of Policy SHP10 of the Great Yarmouth Borough - Wide Local Plan. |
3. | Prior to the commencement of the use of the buildings hereby permitted the existing western access from the site to the A143 Beccles Road shall be permanently stopped up.

In the interests of highway safety. |
4. | Prior to commencement of the use of the buildings hereby permitted the car parking and servicing area indicated on the approved plan shall be demarcated on site and shall be maintained free of storage/obstruction thereafter.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provision of adequate car parking and servicing areas.

5. | Prior to the commencement of the use of the buildings hereby permitted the proposed access road shall be widened to a minimum of 6.4 metres in accordance with the submitted details and any gates shall be hung to open inwards only.
