1.	The proposed signs by reason of the means of illumination and form of construction would be an unduly obtrusive feature in the general street scene within this "Area of Special Advert Control" and designated Conservation Area and are therefore considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to Policy BNV22, BNV25 and BNV26 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Plan 2001 which seek to protect the visual amenity and character of such sensitive areas.
