| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is : Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no gates, if installed, shall open outwards over the public footpath. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of pedestrian and highway safety. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans, within 6 months of the date of this permission, the fence, which for the most part has already been erected, shall be dark stained on the side that fronts the highway in accordance with a colour priviously agreed with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enhance the appearance of the fence within the street scene. |
