1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | No work shall commence on the garage hereby permitted until details of the exact type and colour of the facing bricks to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as details of the facing bricks have not been submitted. |
3. | The garage shall not be brought into use until the associated parking/turning area shown on Drawing No. 272/1 has been drained and surfaced, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for the parking of vehicles off the highway and to enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety. |
4. | The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
