1.This permission expires on 31st October 2007 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all associated bulidings, fencing and livestock removed. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.Not withstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Part 4, Class B (or any Order re-enacting same) no other uses shall take place on the land to which this permission relates without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the activities associated with this development.
3.Any animal which dies shall immediately be removed from the site to the crematorium as specified in the agent's letter of 4th May, 1999 which was submitted in association with Planning Application No 06/99/0196/F. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of public health.
4.Animal waste from the fields shall be disposed of in accordance with the details specified in the agent's letter of 4th May,1999 which was submitted in association with Planning Application No 06/99/0196/F and animal waste shall be managed so as to ensure there is no pollution of the water environment. The reason for this condition is:- To avoid pollution.
5.No amplified public address or lighting shall occur at the site of this permission other than as set out in the agent's letters of 4th and 12th May, 1999 which were submitted in association with Planning Application No 06/99/0196/F and/or in accordance with details that shall have the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents.
6.The car parking areas shall be retained and maintained to a standard to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure adequate car parking facilities.
7.No animals shall be brought onto the site that have not been quarantined in accordance with details contained in the agent's letter of 12th May, 1999 which was submitted in association with Planning Application No 06/99/0196/F. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of animal health on the site and in the immediate area.
