| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out in the supporting letter with application dated 15th May 2002 excluding any works or approval for the units of accommondation shown on Drawing No.1407/01. The reason for the condition is:- For avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Details of the timber sash windows in the form of a 1:20 drawing shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to being installed as shall the details of the lime motar mix for the brickwork along with details of the bricks which shall be constructed in Flemish bond. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure architectural details that enhance and not detracts from the appearance and detail of the Listed Buiding in accordance with Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local plan 2001. |
