| 1. | The site shall be used solely for touring caravans, tents and rallies for a period (in any year) from the Friday before Whitsun to the Sunday at the end of the week and from 15th July until the Sunday following August Bank Holiday.

| 2. | This permission expires on 5th September 2004 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.

| 3. | Within 2 months of the date of this permission a scheme shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority in respect of the screening of the area of land within the site for the standing of refuse containers. It shall take the form of both screen fencing and planting and shall preclude any access to the adjacent track other than via the main site entrance/exit, i.e. at the north east corner of the site. The scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details by 31st October 2002, or within such longer period as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | No tents or caravans shall be stationed within 15 metres of the southern boundary of the site.

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
