No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority the layout of the building shall be in accordance with the drawings and letter dated 25th June and received on 26th June 2002. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the submitted plans.
3.The use shall not be operated outside the hours of 4am to 10am daily without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the terms of the application and for the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the hours of use.
4.The entrance and exit for customers shall be via the Marine Parade entrance only with all other door openings being for emergency use only unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the residential amenity of the occupants of the nearby residential properties.
5.Notwithstanding the Town and Country (Use Classes) Order the building shall be used as a Casino only in accordance with the submitted plans and shall not be used for any other use within Class D2 without the grant of a further specific planning approval from the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the terms of the application and to enable the local Authority to assess the impact of alternative uses on the locality and against the Council's policy set out in the Great Yarmouth Locaal Plan adopted 2001.
6.Note to the applicant :- This permission does not grant consent for any alterations to the building under the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation ) Act 1990 and therefore any alterations to the building will require permission under the Act following the submission and approval of a Listed Building application in accordance with the Act.
