| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The materials used in the construction of the external sufaces of the extension hereby approved shall match those used in the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the materials used are compatible with and enhance the appearance of the existing dwelling in accordance with Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Plan 2001. |
