1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The materials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby approved shall match those used in the construction of the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the materials used in the extension are compatible with the existing dwelling and does not detract from the appearance of the streetscene in accordance with Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001.
