| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The "granny annexe" hereby approved shall only be used by the occupiers of the dwelling to which it relates or their dependents and shall not be used as a separate residential unit or let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
