1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The proposed boundary wall shall be positioned a minimum of 2 metres from the near edge of the existing highway carriageway and no part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary. Any gates, if installed, shall be hung to open inwards only. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. N.B for information a copy of the definitive highway map indicating the position of the highway boundary at this location is attached to this decision notice.
