1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	This grant of planning approval also includes permission for improvement of the Mill Cap shown on Drawing No.6/02/34/BU in accordance with the applicants letter dated 12th July 2002; development of the cap shall not commence until the details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the cap including the window frames have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the use of materials that enhance the appearance the Mill cap which is prominent in the landscape.
