| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Detailed floor plans showing precisely how the premises are to be used shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before the use hereby approved is first brought into operation. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property as the plans submitted were taken as being for illustrative purposes only at this stage.
