| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The installation hereby permitted shall not be brought into operation until the antennae, their associated fixing brackets and the cable trays have been painted to match the colour of the water tower, and that equipment shall not thereafter differ in colour from the said tower.
